I am back after so long feeling so lazy for the past month to update here. Anyway I am backlogging all the way back to May hahahahaha how lazy can I get.



Before Chye fly to Taiwan for his mission, we went to Springleaf Prata House. Everyone was talking about this that time and we have to try this out especially it is in the west. We had Mozzarella Cheeses, Portobello Mozzarella, Murtabak, my fave Teh Terik and etc. Chye didn't like the prata with ham and poached egg as he said the poached egg and hollandaise sauce can't go well with prata. Such a picky eater tsk tsk.

Convinced ma two bbg Jing & Siew to have lunch at Dazzling Cafe because I didn't get to eat the Matacha Honey Toast in Taiwan. The first question I asked the waitress after seating down is "Do you have Matacha Honey Toast?" but Matacha does not go well with honey toast ): Tbh I find their prices are relatively steep especially their mains come in small portion and breads definitely do not worth $20+. But~ I recommend you to try them if you are going to Taiwan.

My second bingsu date held at Ice Lab with Yl and Dq after our dinner at Ippudo. Trust me, humans have extra tummy for dessert. We were so full from our dinner but we were gobbling down our dessert hahahahaha. Not just bingsu, we had cake as well. Then Chye pestered me to eat with him again.

Dinner with Joel means I have limited choice but I am still very happy and willing to have meals with him (Joel, if you are reading this, please be grateful for having such a pretty and kind hearted friend hahahahaha) When TSL introduce this, Joel and I were very eggcited because we finally settle our food, with the least use of our brain.

We bought Snow Honey Butter Chicken Bumbak for $33.90 before service charges and gst which is just nice for 2-3 pax. Their menu offers a lot of authentic Korean dishes, desserts, and free flowing Korean coffee and korean side dishes! Anyway this is so good that I brought Chye to try and go for my second round.

Had been craving for japanese food for the longest time, and my cravings was finally satisfied at Sushi Tei with Chye. I ordered Unagi something (I don't remember the name) for around $15 - $17. This donmono has three ways to consume it. 1st: Eat normally without any condiments. 2nd: Stir in wasabi, seaweed and spring onion. 3rd: Add the soup in. Tbh I love all the three ways especially eating with wasabi. I also ordered my fave chawanmushi topped with crab meat, inari sushi and tamago sushi but then I totally forget about my sashimi ): well that means another sushi dinner!

And I sounded so self-centered without mentioning Chye. Chye ordered an Una Tama don which I stole half of it because I was too hungry after queuing up from 7pm to 8pm hahahaha. And he being a chicken lover insisted to order Chicken teriyaki then left half untouched. 😑 ohya, we ordered salmon special roll too but we still prefer Shiok Maki from Sushi Bar.

Please don't order this. It only look nice but taste so meh. Worse, it costs da bomb I might as well grill it myself.
