It's time of the day maybe year when I couldn't stop thinking about all my (physical) flaws. Especially when I was expecting myself to look fabulous in my new dress and nothing of that sort happened. I saw my oversized thighs, untoned tummy, flabby arms and anything can go wrong went wrong.

I eat too much exercise too little. Too much of Mr Chye's sweet words too little of my own thoughts.

Hence here with Project 53 (cool name so I will be motivated) to get to 53kg or at least get me back in shape.


20% EXERCISE
80% DIET
Continue running twice a week
at least 4.5 km per run
Cut down sugared drinks
plain water please
Start doing core exercises
Reduce snacking
Tone my Limbs
Stop overeating
